Constant hot water temperature is without any variations though out the day on the standby. Factory set at 194 ˚F, can be customized via display to constant 149 ˚F to 203 ˚F

Water temperature is at constant 4˚C / 40˚F, while on standby basis. Reviews of other brands show people comparing cold water out of their own fridge at 4˚C / 40˚F to much warmer 10˚C / 50˚F out of an ordinary water cooler.
